Sky Forge provides design and engineering coordination services to support the proper layout, selection, and integration of fall protection systems. This includes working closely with manufacturers, authorized representatives, and the project’s Engineer of Record to ensure systems are configured in accordance with applicable standards, manufacturer requirements, and site-specific conditions.

Coordination efforts focus on translating design with intent into buildable, field-ready solutions. This may include system layout review, measurement verification, constructability input, and coordination of anchorage locations, load paths, and installation sequencing. All work is performed in support of engineered systems and does not include professional engineering or stamped calculations.

Sky Forge performs the installation of fall protection systems in accordance with manufacturer specifications, approved drawings, and applicable safety standards. Installations are carried out by trained personnel with experience working in industrial, commercial, and elevated environments.

Work includes system layout, anchorage installation, component assembly, and final system setup as required for the specific application. Installation activities are coordinated with site management and other trades to ensure proper sequencing, access, and integration with existing structures. Upon completion, systems are left ready for inspection, commissioning, or turnover as required by the project.

Sky Forge provides system recertification services following inspection, maintenance, repair, or system modification, where permitted by the manufacturer and applicable standards. Recertification is based on verification that the system meets current manufacturer requirements and specified acceptance criteria at the time of evaluation.

Recertification applies only to the condition of the system as observed during the assessment and does not imply ongoing compliance following future use, modification, or exposure to fall events. Documentation is provided to reflect recertification status and any limitations or conditions affecting system use.
